  • 1 10oz pkg frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 oz sharp cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 beaten gegg
  • 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp butter melted

    Preheat oven to 350

    Cook broccoli, drain thoroughly and place in baking dish

    Stir together soup and shredded cheese.

    Gradually add milk, mayo, and beaten egg.

    Stir until well blended.

    Pour soup mixture over broccoli in baking dish.

    Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle evenly over soup mixuture.
