Broccoli Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Cook broccoli according to directions.

    Drain.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Mix soup (undiluted), cheese, milk, mayonnaise and egg together.

    Pour over broccoli.

    (Separate broccoli slightly while pouring to allow mixture into broccoli.)

    Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs.

    Sprinkle over top.

    Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
