- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 bunch broccoli, trimmed
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. egg pastina
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp, drain and set aside. Cook broccoli in water until crisp-tender.

2Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.

3Drain broccoli and chop into 1/4-inch pieces.

4Drain pasta and immediately place it back in the pot and toss with butter, bacon, broccoli and cheese.
