  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of broccoli soup
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Line unbaked pie shell with foil.

    Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil.

    Bake for 4 minutes.

    Remove from oven.

    Reduce oven temperature to 375°.

    Saute mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes; drain.
