  • 2 bunches broccoli rabe fresh, - tough stems cut off
  • 8 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 lemon - cut into wedges
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • olive oil
  • grated romano cheese Fresh

Directions

    Heat a large frying pan with a few drizzles of olive oil and the chopped garlic. Carefully add the broccoli rabe and the lemon wedges. Add the seasonings and cover loosely. Saute until the broccoli rabe has cooked down and is tender.
