- 1 cup raw rice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup celery
- 1/2 cup bell pepper
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sauteed in butter until tender
- 1 small jar cheez whiz
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli
Directions

1Cook 1 cup rice and set aside.

2Saute onion, celery, pepper until tender; add mushrooms.

3Add cheez whiz, soup, and broccoli. Add rice to mixture.

4Bake in a casserole dish, covered about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
