  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or equivalent amount fresh broccoli, heated and drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • ??? c. shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Combine cooked rice and broccoli.

    Mix egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and milk.

    Stir into the rice-broccoli mixture.

    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

    Top with melted butter and shredded cheese.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
