- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or equivalent amount fresh broccoli, heated and drained
- 1 c. milk
- ??? c. shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine cooked rice and broccoli.

2Mix egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and milk.

3Stir into the rice-broccoli mixture.

4Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
