  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 packages Ramen Noodles (chicken flavor)
  • Flavor packages from noodles
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Chop broccoli, pepper and onions; crush noodles and mix all together.

    Add sugar, vinegar, oil flavor packages and pour over broccoli mixture.

    Place in refrigerator overnight, will keep a week.

    The longer it sets the better it gets.
