- 1 to 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
- 1/4 c. chopped cooked bacon or bacon bits
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise (lo-fat is okay)
- 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients.

3Pour dressing over salad; mix well and refrigerate up to 6 to 8 hours.
