  • 1 to 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped red onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped cooked bacon or bacon bits
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise (lo-fat is okay)
  • 4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

    Pour dressing over salad; mix well and refrigerate up to 6 to 8 hours.
