Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 5 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. white raisins
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Trim off large leaves of broccoli.

2Remove tough ends of lower stalk and wash thoroughly.

3Cut into bite size pieces.

4Place in a large bowl.

5Add bacon, green onion and raisins.

6Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well.

7Add dressing to broccoli mixture; toss gently.

8Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

9Yields 6 servings.
