- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
Directions

1Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.

2Add broccoli and onion and stir until broccoli thaws and separates. Add low-fat cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mustard.

3Makes 3 cups or 6 servings with 40 calories per serving.
