- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (32 oz.) or 2 fresh bunches, cooked
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. minced onion (more or less as desired)
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped
- 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
- 3/4 c. chopped olives
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Directions

1Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.

2Add celery, onion and olives.

3Add eggs, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

4Toss together.

5Refrigerate as soon as possible.

6This salad can be made a day in advance.

7Don't forget to drain broccoli after cooking and to use only mayonnaise in this salad.
