Broccoli Salad

- 2 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, or 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese
- salt to taste
Directions

1Steam broccoli for 5 minutes (until bright green and still crisp).

2Cool and chop into 1/2-inch pieces.

3Add onions, olives, Miracle Whip and dill seed.

4Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 8 hours); just before serving, add eggs or cheese and salt to taste.

5Stir well.

6Serves 8 to 10.
