  • 1 cube Butter
  • 5 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cups Panko Japanese Style Bread Crumbs
  • 3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • Parsley Flakes
  • 5 pieces Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts

Directions

    Simmer butter, mustard and garlic for 5 minutes and set aside.

    In bowl, mix breading, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.

    Dip chicken in butter mixture then in breading mixture.

    Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.

    If you would like to serve this with a sauce, mix 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup Dijon mustard and spoon over top just before serving.
