- 1 large bottle Italian salad dressing (low-fat works well)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 large head cauliflower, well chopped
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 to 3 large tomatoes
- 1 bag corn chips
Directions

1Combine dressing with broccoli and other vegetables and cheese.
