  • 1 large bunch broccoli, well chopped
  • 1 large bottle Italian salad dressing (low-fat works well)
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 large red onion, chopped
  • 1 large head cauliflower, well chopped
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 to 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 bag corn chips

Directions

    Combine dressing with broccoli and other vegetables and cheese.

    Let stand overnight.

    When ready to serve, add tomatoes; top with chips.
