  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears (do not use chopped)
  • 1 1/2 c. stuffed olives, sliced
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • mayonnaise

Directions

    Cook broccoli in salted water for 3 minutes.

    Chop into bite sized pieces.

    Add onion, eggs, olives and a generous amount of mayonnaise (enough to coat well).
