- 6 fresh eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. light cream
- 1 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 c. whole milk
- 1 1/2 pt. black raspberries or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen black raspberries, thawed
Directions

1In a mixer bowl, beat egg until light.

2Add sugar and mix well.

3Stir in cream, pudding mix, vanilla and a dash of salt. Pour into a 4 to 5-quart ice cream freezer.

4Stir in milk and raspberries.

5Follow freezer instructions to freeze.

6Ripen. Makes 3 1/2 quarts.
