- 1 cup of slivered almonds
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds (hulled)
- 2 packages of beef Ramen noodles (uncooked and crumpled up)
- Dressing:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 2 seasoning packets from the beef Ramen noodles
- Mix ingredients, add dressing, and refrigerate for an hour. (Even better if marinated over night ... and it tastes good for days!)
