- 6 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 3/4 stick oleo
- 1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Beat eggs; add flour and beat some more.

2Add cottage cheese and stir in.

3Cook the frozen broccoli (or use 1 pint package broccoli); drain.

4Add oleo and cubed cheese.

5Stir until oleo melts and cheese softens.

6Add to egg mixture and stir.

7Add 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.

8Put in large, greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°, uncovered.
