  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 1 can undiluted mushroom soup
  • 4 eggs, beaten one at a time
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
  • 1 scant tsp. salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. fine herb seasonings

    Pour in bowl and beat until fine; add all other ingredients.
