- 1 pack graham crackers (finely rolled)
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 6 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolates, melted
- 3 eggs, separated (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Combine graham cracker and margarine; press into bottom of spring-form pan.

2Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool.

3Beat together chocolate, egg, and vanilla; stir in pecans.

4Reserve 1 cup whipped cream; blend remaining into chocolate mixture.

5Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually beat in sugar until stiff.

6Fold into chocolate mixture; pour into prepared crust.

7Garnish with reserved whipped cream.

8Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
