- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and thoroughly drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt to taste
- bread crumbs
- dot of butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except broccoli.

2Add broccoli that has been fully drained.

3Pour into an ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

4Dot with butter.

5Cover.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
