  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and thoroughly drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • bread crumbs
  • dot of butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except broccoli.

    Add broccoli that has been fully drained.

    Pour into an ovenproof casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

    Dot with butter.

    Cover.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
