  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (dry)

Directions

    Cook broccoli and drain. Add all other ingredients and mix. Put in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with 1/2-inch crushed Ritz crackers.

    Dot with butter.

    Bake at 350°, uncovered, for about 35 minutes
