- 1 c. onion
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- carrots (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 c. milk
- 3 pkg. chicken bouillon
- 8 oz. Velveeta or farmer cheese
- 4 tsp. flour
Directions

1Saute broccoli, onions and carrots with margarine until tender.

2Add flour for thickening.

3Add broth mix with milk.

4Add cheese last and cook until cheese melts and thickens.
