  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 lb. canned tomatoes
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. basil leaves
  • 6 c. (4 to 12 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. oregano flakes
  • 2 (8 oz.) cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions
