  • 2 heads broccoli
  • 4 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. cheese (your choice, Cheddar, Velveeta, brick)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • salt

Directions

    Cook broccoli until tender.

    Add salt to taste.

    Drain.

    Chop cooked broccoli up.

    Add cheese and butter into hot broccoli. Stir until melted.

    In a small bowl, mix flour, 1 cup milk and pepper until smooth.

    Add to broccoli mixture slowly.

    Add 3 cups milk slowly.

    Bring to a hard simmer.

    Serve.
