- 2 heads broccoli
- 4 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. cheese (your choice, Cheddar, Velveeta, brick)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- salt
Directions

1Cook broccoli until tender.

2Add salt to taste.

3Drain.

4Chop cooked broccoli up.

5Add cheese and butter into hot broccoli. Stir until melted.

6In a small bowl, mix flour, 1 cup milk and pepper until smooth.

7Add to broccoli mixture slowly.

8Add 3 cups milk slowly.

9Bring to a hard simmer.

10Serve.
