  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 heads broccoli, steamed and chopped

Directions

    Saute onions in margarine.

    Pour in milk.

    Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add seasonings and broccoli.
