- 6 eggs
- 1 (14 oz.) condensed milk
- 1/3 c. Key lime juice
- premade baked 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 fresh lime
Directions

1Beat the yolks of 4 eggs and the white of 1 egg until thick. Add condensed milk and beat again.

2Add lime juice and beat until thick.

3In a separate bowl, beat 3 egg whites until dry and fold in the lime, milk and egg mixture.

4Pour into a baked pie crust. Separate 2 eggs.

5Beat the whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form.

6Spread evenly on top of pie.

7Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until meringue is brown, then garnish with thinly sliced limes.

8(Do not overbeat egg whites.

9Do not use a food processor; use a mixer instead.)
