  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
