  • 16 oz whole wheat thin spaghetti
  • 3 bunches broccoli-cut into florets
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic-minced
  • 1 tbsp evoo
  • 15 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 pints cherry tomatoes-halved
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat grated parmesan cheese

    Prepare spaghetti according to package directions

    Meanwhile, in skillet over medium heat, cook broccoli, onion and garlic in hot oil about 5 minutes

    Add broth and tomatoes; bring to a boil and cook 7 minutes or until tender

    Drain pasta and place in serving bowl; top with broccoli mixture, red pepper flakes and cheese

    Toss well
