Broccoli-Spinach Casserole

- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cubed American cheese
- 2 c. herbed seasoned croutons
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cook spinach and broccoli half as long as directions call for. Drain.

2Add a little salt and pepper.

3Combine soup and cheese. Cook until cheese melts.

4Combine vegetables and soup mixture. Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan.

5Mix croutons with melted margarine. Sprinkle on top.

6Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
