- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. Quaker oats (uncooked, any style)
- 1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Slice 1/4 inch from stem end of each tomato.

3Scoop out pulp and seeds.

4Place tomatoes in 1-quart baking dish.

5Cook broccoli with onion according to package directions; drain.

6Stir in remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well.

7Fill tomatoes with broccoli mixture.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

9Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.
