- 6 medium tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Wash tomatoes thoroughly.

2Cut tops from tomatoes; scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

3Reserve pulp for other uses. Sprinkle cavity of each tomato with salt and pepper and invert on wire rack to drain 30 minutes.

4Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt.

5Drain well.

6Combine broccoli and next 4 ingredients and mix well.

7Stuff tomato shells with broccoli mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
