- 6 medium tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Wash tomatoes thoroughly.

2Cut off tops and scoop out pulp, leaving shell intact.

3Reserve pulp for other uses.

4Sprinkle cavities of tomatoes with salt and pepper and invert on wire rack to drain for 30 minutes.
