Broccoli-Stuffing Bake

  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    In saucepan, heat milk.

    Add cheese and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

    Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.

    Slowly add hot milk to eggs.

    Add stuffing croutons, broccoli and salt.

    Mix well.

    Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
