Broccoli Tuna Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or 2 1/2 c. fresh broccoli, cooked, drained and chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (more if you like)
- 1 doz. 9-inch tortillas
Directions

1Combine mushroom soup and milk; set aside.

2Mix all other ingredients except the cheese together with 3/4 cup soup mixture. Divide tuna mixture evenly on the tortillas, roll up and place seam down in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Stir 1 chopped tomato or mild picante sauce into the remaining soup mixture and pour over the roll-ups.

4Bake, covered, 35 minutes in 350° oven.

5Remove the cover and top center of tortillas with the cheese.

6Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes until cheese melts.

7If you wish to use more shredded cheese, you can put some in the tuna mixture.
