Broccoli Walnut Ring *

- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 clove garlic, minced or more to taste
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. potato starch
- 1 c. onion soup or bouillon
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Grease 1 1/2-quart

2mold pan with margarine.

3Saute onion and garlic in margarine until golden.

4Dissolve starch in bouillon and add to saute.

5Cook until thick and smooth.

6Cool slightly.

7Beat egg yolks until light.

8Stir yolks, broccoli and walnuts into saute mixture.

9Beat egg whites until stiff in separate bowl. Fold into broccoli mixture.

10Spoon into mold.

11Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until firm at 350°.

12Wait 5 minutes after removed from oven before unmolding.

13Serve.
