Broccoli with Rosemary

- 1 medium bunch broccoli
- 3 Tbs. butter
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Directions

1Cut broccoli into florets.

2Peel stems and slice crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces.

3Bring large pot of water to a boil.

4Add broccoli and cook, uncovered, until just tender, about 6 minutes.

5Drain well in colander.

6Transfer to serving bowl.

7In small saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat until it starts to brown.

8Immediately add chopped rosemary and 1 teaspoon salt, swirling pan to blend.

9Pour hot butter mixture over broccoli.

10Season with freshly ground pepper to taste.

11Toss to combine.

12Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve hot.
