- 1 bunch broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil and rest salad oil to equal 1/2 c. total
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- garlic powder
- 1/2 c. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
- 1/2 c. pimiento or marinated red pepper
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sauteed large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can Durkee onion rings
Directions

1Cook spinach and broccoli as directed.

2Drain well.

3Mix rest of ingredients, except onion rings, with vegetables.

4Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.

5Add 1/2 can of onion rings.

6Mix well and add rest of can on top of casserole.

7Bake an additional 10 minutes.
