- 4 bunches broccoli, cut into florets (about 14 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c. butter, cut into small pieces
Directions

1In saucepan, bring one-inch water to a boil.

2Add broccoli; cover and steam for 5 minutes.

4Plunge into ice water; drain.

5Toss with salt and pepper.

6Arrange florets and tomatoes in 12-cup ring mold.

7Dot with butter.

8Cover with foil.

10Refrigerate up to 24 hours.

11Bring to room temperature before baking.)

12Bake in 350° oven for 25 minutes. May use cheese sauce over this when serving.
