Broccoli-Yogurt Salad

- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, 5 minute cook, chopped broccoli
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.

2Add frozen broccoli and stir until broccoli separates and gelatin begins to thicken.

3Blend in yogurt; add onion.

4Pour mixture into 4-cup mold.

5Chill until firm.

6Wait 2 hours.

7Unmold.
-
8Garnish with salad greens, if desired.
