- 4 skinned, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk (preferably evaporated)
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove all skin from chicken.

2Whisk egg, milk and salt.

3Roll chicken in egg mix, then bread crumbs.

4Place on broiling pan in bottom half of oven.

5Watch closely and turn often to prevent burning.

6Chicken is done when clear fluid runs as it is pierced with a knife.
