- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 lb. fish fillet (sole or orange roughy are best)
Directions

1Mix butter, juice, salt and pepper.

2Baste fillets with sauce and place in broiler pan.

3Broil about 5 minutes on each side, basting with sauce when fillets are turned.

4Place on warm plate and pour remaining sauce over fish.

5Serve immediately.
