- 1 lb. fresh or frozen fillets, thawed until soft outside
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- salad oil
Directions

1Melt butter; add lemon juice and mustard.

2Spread over bottom of a foil pan.

3Oil outside of fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper and parsley flakes.

4Place foil pan on cooking grid to preheat, then turn to low.

5Place fillets in pan.

6Cook with lid on for 5 minutes.

7Turn fillets and close lid again.

8Done in 3 to 5 minutes.
