- 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- freshly ground pepper
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions

1Rinse fish and pat dry.

2Line cookie sheet or baking dish with foil.

3For easy clean up, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mustard and pepper.

4Spread fish with mixture.

5Broil about 5 inches from source of heat for 4 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork.

6Sprinkle with parsley.

7Serve immediately.
