- 2 lb. fish steaks (halibut or salmon; 1/2-inch thick)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- paprika
Directions

1Grease broiler pan well and preheat it in broiler.

2Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

3Place on hot pan.

4Combine butter and lemon juice; pour half over fish and broil 3 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes.

5Turn fish; pour remaining butter mixture on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

6Broil 6 minutes longer until fish flakes with a fork.

7Yields 4 servings.
