- 6 fish steaks (approximately 1/2 inch thick and about 5 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Herb Seasoning (recipe to follow)
- paprika to taste
Directions

1Preheat broiler.

2Rinse fish and pat dry.

3Lightly coat both sides of each fish piece with mayonnaise.

4Place in a shallow baking dish.

5Sprinkle with half of the Lemon Herb Seasoning and paprika.

6Broil 3 to 4 minutes.

7Turn fish and sprinkle with remaining seasonings.

8Broil for another 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork or is no longer translucent. Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of fresh parsley.

9Serve immediately.
