  • 2 salmon fillets (use whole fresh salmon about 6 lbs)
  • 12 cup ketchup
  • 12 cup mayonnaise

    Place fillets on broiling pan, skin side down.

    Combine ketchup and mayonnaise and spread thickly over salmon.
