- garlic salt
- one lime

1Buy two salmon steaks from the fresh seafood section of the supermarket.

2Rinse with cold water and pat dry.

3Preheat broiler (if using Jenn-Air, spray grill with Pam).

4Lightly sprinkle both sides with garlic salt and fresh lime 15 minutes before cooking. Use more lime during cooking to prevent drying.

5Turn twice at least.

6Broil for a total of 10 to 12 minutes.
