- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- lemon slices
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Saute garlic.

3Place scallops in oiled baking dish; pour butter over them.

4Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese over scallops and broil 6 to 8 minutes.
